INCOR was founded by two experienced entrepreneurs whose friendship and partnership goes back to their college days. Moving to the United States in the 1990’s, they started their first enterprise, HANREJ, which developed mobile games. This was subsequently acquired by JAMDAT and EA Mobile. The JAMDAT acquisition was a catalyst for their return to India in 2004-2005. After a successful complete exit in 2006, they saw an opportunity of a professional business approach/management to the Indian real estate industry. With this firm vision, they founded INCOR.
As co-founders, their vision paid returns almost immediately, attracting a partnership with two well-known Israeli companies - Property and Building Corporation (PBC) and Electra Real Estate (ERE) - resulting in the formation of PBEL Property Development (India) Pvt Ltd. Having established both joint venture and independent housing projects, INCOR began its foray into healthcare with OMNI Hospitals in 2010. Today, OMNI has grown to a chain of 5 hospitals operational across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
With both the Real Estate JV partner’s exit in 2016-2017, INCOR's vision to build quality, customer centric professional businesses in real estate and healthcare moves forward with a belief of forging win-win partnerships that fuels the growth of all stakeholders, thus staying true to its guiding philosophy of “reimagine”.
